A Bit About Me
I’m a strategic consultant dedicated to helping organizations and professionals turn ideas into strategy and strategy into success. Over the past three years, I’ve developed and executed high-impact programs that have reduced operational inefficiencies and increased profit margins across multiple industries, from startups to multimillion-dollar corporations.

My consulting journey began informally, simply helping others solve problems, often for free. What started as a passion for problem-solving quickly evolved into a purpose-driven career. With each client, I found new ways to strengthen systems, streamline processes, and uncover opportunities for sustainable growth.

Before officially launching my consulting business, I spent time in the field with business owners and professionals getting the real insight on their struggles, challenges, and successes. I listened, learned, and helped them achieve their goals one by one. Those hands-on experiences became the foundation for my consulting approach today: practical, personal, and results-oriented.

Prior to that, I spent my undergraduate years as an Intern across multiple industries, specializing in research, compliance, process improvements and policies and regulations . That experience sharpened my analytical and compliance skills, allowing me to help professionals, businesses and nonprofits develop strong foundations for their ideas and operations.

Beyond consulting, I’m deeply committed to community development. I volunteer regularly, organize local events, and have partnered with numerous nonprofits even leading the creation of an official non profit organization dedicated to social impact and equity.

I sharpened my leadership and communication skills through targeted professional development courses. I expanded my expertise in healthcare by serving as Program Manager of a small clinic, and as Council Leader of a Medical Workforce Council, where I ensured proper treatment and recognition of healthcare workers. Additionally, I trained and mentored over 100 students, supporting their academic and professional success.
I launched my own business, leveraging mentorship, guidance, and specialized training to hone expertise in strategic planning. During this time, I created and led solution-driven initiatives that consistently delivered measurable results, establishing my value as a strategic partner in organizational growth and program implementation.
During this period, I immersed myself in the classroom while completing internships across multiple sectors, including legal, security, human resources, and nonprofit management. I also led numerous research groups exploring various frameworks of strategic management and planning across diverse subjects such as business development, real estate, and specialized training.
